OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through Armonia. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to processing prior to shipment. Processing times typically range from one (1) to three (3) business days; however, this timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment verification, and operational factors. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Armonia reserves the right to delay or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or payment authorization issues.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery within the UAE typically takes between two (2) to five (5) business days after dispatch, while international delivery may take between five (5) to twelve (12) business days depending on the destination.

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, local disruptions, or force majeure events. Armonia shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched.


FULFILLMENT MODEL

Armonia operates through a global fulfillment network. As a result, products may be shipped from multiple suppliers, warehouses, or international locations. Items within the same order may be delivered separately and may arrive at different times. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment structure.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Armonia reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Promotional shipping offers, where applicable, are subject to specific terms and conditions.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated. Armonia has no control over such fees and accepts no responsibility for them.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delays, return, or disposal of the shipment by the carrier or customs authority. In such cases, Armonia shall not be obligated to issue any refund.


DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS

All orders are shipped through third-party logistics providers. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer. Armonia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Armonia shall not be liable for failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


FAILED DELIVERY AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the order may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, Armonia reserves the right to deduct shipping, handling, and any related costs from any applicable refund.

Repeated incidents of refused or undelivered orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.


ORDER TRACKING

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking details.


FORCE MAJEURE

Armonia shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or system failures.
