Welcome to Armonia. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Armonia. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, available on our website. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or representations are free from errors or will match exactly as displayed on your device. Armonia reserves the right to modify, replace, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through our Services constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Armonia. We reserve the unrestricted right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms. An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled except at our sole discretion.
All purchases are strictly subject to our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. No refunds or returns will be granted outside the scope of that policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The final price payable is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. Prices may exclude shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or other applicable charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. You represent and warrant that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
Armonia provides shipping within the United Arab Emirates and internationally. All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed under any circumstances. Delays may occur due to logistics providers, customs procedures, payment verification, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders may be fulfilled from multiple suppliers or locations, and items within the same order may be delivered separately. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment model.
All risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. Armonia shall not be liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments once dispatched.
For international orders, the customer bears sole responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or regulatory requirements imposed by the destination country.
SECTION 6 – FORCE MAJEURE
Armonia shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, system failures, or interruptions in transportation or communication networks.

All content on the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Armonia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Services may include access to third-party tools, services, or links. These are provided for convenience only and are used entirely at your own risk. Armonia makes no warranties or representations regarding third-party services and accepts no liability arising from their use.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH PLATFORM PROVIDERS
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services. However, all transactions are conducted solely between you and Armonia. Shopify bears no responsibility for any aspect of the transaction, including product quality, delivery, or disputes.
