Refund policy
OVERVIEW
At Armonia, we are committed to providing a reliable and high-quality shopping experience. Due to the nature of our operations and global fulfillment model, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms set out in this policy. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
RETURNS
We accept return requests within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the item remains unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The customer must provide valid proof of purchase, including an order number or receipt. Armonia reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions or that is returned in a condition different from that in which it was received.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, items marked as final sale, personal care or hygiene-related products, opened or used items, and gift cards. These restrictions are enforced strictly to maintain product integrity and safety standards.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event that a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The claim must be supported with clear photographic evidence of the item and its packaging, along with the order details. Upon verification, Armonia will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer. Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us via email at info@armonia-trading.com with the relevant order information and reason for return. Returns must not be sent back without prior approval. Once a return request is reviewed and approved, the customer will be provided with instructions. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but generally take between five (5) to ten (10) business days. Shipping fees and any associated costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error by Armonia.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within a limited period after they are placed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Armonia reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside this window.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is refused upon delivery or cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, Armonia reserves the right to deduct shipping, handling, and any related costs from the refund amount. Repeated incidents of refused or undelivered orders may result in restrictions on future purchases or cancellation of subsequent orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS
For orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Armonia and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only offered in cases where items are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests for exchanges must follow the same procedure and conditions outlined above. Armonia does not guarantee the availability of replacement items and reserves the right to issue a refund instead.
